Chris Greenwood (born July 10, 1989) is an American football cornerback who is currently a member of the New England Patriots of the National Football League. He played college football at Albion College, a Division III school.〔(Albion's Chris Greenwood hopes different route leads to NFL )〕 He was drafted in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Greenwood attended Martin Luther King High School, where he was teammates with Nick Perry, Styles Young, and Darrin Williams. The Lions released Greenwood on August 31, 2013, and re-signed him to their practice squad.
